To provide a personalized experience, all bridal consultations and fittings are by appointment only. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling and store policies.

2. Products and Pricing
Our bridal gowns, accessories, and other products are made with care to meet high standards of quality. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Payments and Deposits
When ordering a gown, a 60% deposit is required at the time of purchase, with the remaining 40% due upon pickup. Please note that any alterations or adjustments are charged separately. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

4. Alterations
Our gowns are sold as-is. Rina's Bridal does not offer in-house tailoring services. Any alterations are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged through a third-party tailor.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any bridal gowns, accessories, or other items purchased.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
